On a purchase transaction, if the purchase price is up to $150,000.00 and you utilize our  internet option your legal fees will be reduced from $295.00 to $199.00.

On a sale transaction, if the sale price is $150,000.00 or less and you utilize our  internet  option your legal fees will be reduced from $295.00 to $199.00.
